  • Answer, electronically or on the phone, enquiries from partners/vendors/customers; 
  • Assist in resolving any administrative issues; 
  • Control the incoming and outgoing regular and electronic mail and faxes; 
  • Schedule zoom or in-person meetings for the management; 
  • Prepare, edit, format letters, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, and other documents.

  • This position has a minimum education requirement, which would be a completion of High School. 
  • The best candidate will be punctual, organized, and multitasking. 
  • Proactive nature and positive attitude is also crucial for this position. 
  • Previous clerical experience is an asset.
